About the role

Mrs. Ros Equestrian is a young, dynamic company experiencing strong international growth. We supply equestrian products to retailers and riders around the world.

Together with our webshop colleague, you make sure every order moves smoothly from arrival to dispatch while keeping customers and colleagues informed.

What you will do

  • Operate and improve our logistics software.
  • Coordinate incoming shipments from our manufacturers.
  • Support day-to-day e-commerce operations.
  • Prepare photo shoots and product content.
  • Monitor delivery times and product releases.
  • Resolve day-to-day logistics issues.
  • Coordinate the work of logistics colleagues.
  • Improve purchasing and fulfilment processes.
  • Assist with trade fairs and events.
  • Support customer service and sales for consumers and retailers.
  • Work with the webshop team to dispatch all orders accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to social media activities when needed.

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic e-commerce specialist to strengthen our team. In this full-time role, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of our Shopify store and social channels.

You combine a strong visual instinct with a performance mindset: creating content, building campaigns and using results to make the next idea better.

What you will do

  • Manage and improve the Shopify website and social media channels.
  • Set up and optimise online marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse advertising performance and turn insights into improvements.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Create brand-right content for the website, email and social channels.
  • Build engagement and maintain an active relationship with our community.

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and website management.
  • Knowledge of online advertising, analysis and optimisation.
  • Experience with social media management and strategy.
  • A strong understanding of community engagement.
  • Professional command of Dutch and English.

About the role

This is a combined position for someone who enjoys both working with horses and keeping a busy webshop moving. Around 20% of your time is spent in and around the stable; the rest is focused on fulfilment and customer support.

You will join a hands-on team at our headquarters in Bunschoten and report to the office manager.

What you will do

  • Muck out stables and help with daily horse care.
  • Turn horses in and out, feed and lunge them when required.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch webshop orders.
  • Process returns and keep stock records accurate.
  • Help consumers and retailers with their questions.
  • Support customers visiting the shop.
  • Keep the warehouse organised and assist with general warehouse work.
  • Assist with photo shoots, trade fairs and events.

What you bring

  • Practical experience caring for horses and a genuine affinity with equestrian sport.
  • A representative, approachable and service-minded attitude.
  • Fluent Dutch and strong spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable working with Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Accurate, organised and comfortable working to deadlines.
  • A hands-on, flexible mindset and the ability to multitask.
  • A driving licence is an advantage.
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends and travel to events.
