Return & refund Policy
According to EU law you are entitled to exercise your right to return your purchase within 30 days.

In order to return an unworn product, please fill out the packing slip which came with your order and include it in the return shipment.
Make sure you return the product within 30 days and take care of packing it well, in its original package and with all labels attached. The costs of return, customs, import VAT or any other costs are for your own account. We will not accept any returns without the original packing slip.

If you would like to change the size of a your product you purchased, please return the original products as described above and re-order the product in the webwhop in the proper size. You are responsible for the package until Mrs. Ros has received and registered it. Always make sure you keep a copy of your proof of shipment and allow for a period for up to 2 week for goods to be shipped back to Mrs. Ros B.V. due to delays in local customs clearance.

Once Mrs. Ros BV has received your return shipment, and all packing conditions are met, we will refund the product. Refunds will only and without exception be done to the original bankaccount which was used for the original purchase.
