Shipping policy
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Your order will be shipped immediately on the first workday after we received full payment of your order. If payment is received during regular working days before 15:00h Dutch time, the order can be shipped the same day.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment and announced to the freight forwarder (UPS), you will receive a notification email, containing the tracking code of the package. This way you can track the whereabouts of the package during its trip to your shipping address.
In some cases when a package is sent within the Netherlands and when the products are small enough, we will use a box which can be put through the standard mailbox openings. These type of packages may be sent without tracking code.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Mrs. Ros B.V. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Mrs. Ros. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Mrs. Ros B.V. will ship your order world wide and immediately after receipt of your payment. In case 1 or more itmes of your order are not in stock at that time, you will be contacted by our customer service department. Normally your order will remain pending until all items are in stock, so everything can be sent at the same time.
Shipping costs
The amount for shipping costs depends on the order value and the country to which the package must be sent and is calculated accordingly. Shipping costs depend on destination of the package and will be calculated and made visible during checkout.
